Our dedicated Directors of Nursing and experienced registeered nurses ensure residents receive the best professional care available. Specially-trained staff offer diversional therapy seven days a week, speech therapy, physiotherapy, massage and other specialist care services are provided if needed.
CATERING
Quality, freshness, variety and choice are paramount. Fresh fruit is always available, and morning tea, afternoon tea and late snacks are provided in addition to main meals. Special dietary requirements are catered for, and residents' preferences are always considered.
LAUNDRY
Our in-house laundry and valet service for residents' clothing caters to residents' personal needs. our commitment to Total Quality Management ensures that all aspects of care meet our quality standards.
TRANSPORT, ENTERTAINMENT AND OTHER SERVICES
Resident activities and hobbies are encouraged, and special functions are organised regularly. Each of Thompson Health Care's nursing homes has a beauty salon, with hairdressers and podiatrists to care for the residents needs. A number of lounge areas at each home provide options for residents who wish to read or relax in private, and for those who wish to socialise with other residents. A large-screen television and video are available to all. Residents are encouraged to entertain family and friends. Lounge and dining areas are available for private use, and catering can be arranged for special occasions. |
